Not a theory. A framework.

Understand Human
Patterns. Build Better
Systems.

Understand your pattern. Expand your choice.

People are not random. Underneath the noise, there are patterns. See one clearly, and you get a choice you didn't have before. That is the whole idea. MHP builds the framework to see it.

MY HUMAN PATTERN PATTERNS ARE NOT DESTINY. MODELS ARE TOOLS.
The problem

Capable organizations keep misreading their own people.

Leaders build strategy at the level of systems, then explain their people at the level of anecdotes. Someone is "difficult." A team is "not aligned." A hire "isn't working out."

These are pattern problems, described without a language for patterns. Without that language, the same friction repeats — in a new hire, a new team, a new quarter.

The proposition

Human behaviour contains observable patterns.

A human pattern is a recurring tendency in how a person perceives, communicates, responds, decides, relates, and creates value.

The purpose is not prediction. It is awareness — because once a pattern becomes visible, choice becomes possible.

The framework

Six dimensions, one recurring shape.

The framework maps how a person tends to perceive, communicate, respond, decide, relate, and create value. Each dimension is observed, not assumed.

No dimension fixes a person in place. The shape is a starting point for attention, not a verdict.

Seen clearly, it answers a question leaders keep asking informally: the right people, on the right things, in the right place, at the right time.

A candidate signature concept

The role ring.

Most people think about their role in a line: what comes in, what they do, what goes out. Organizations run better as a ring — where everyone can see who comes before them, who comes after them, and the shape of the whole.

Leaders learn to rise above the ring — to see the whole team, including who is present and who is missing. Provisional: still being tested as a core concept.

Build with MHP

How can MHP strengthen what you're already building?

MHP's current engagement is high-touch and end-to-end. MHP works an organization's whole human layer — leadership, teams, sales, HR, development — as one system, then hands the capability back.

Alignment Validation Implementation Learning Evolution

Evolution feeds the next Alignment. This end-to-end engagement is the current form of Implementation — and every cycle returns knowledge to the framework. The result: the right people, managing the right things, in the right place, at the right time.

Research & versioning

Application doesn't end when an engagement ends.

Every engagement returns knowledge to the framework. The framework changes because the evidence does.

Framework Implementation Observation Research Improved framework Next implementation

The learning loop

A closed loop, not a straight line. Every implementation is observed, researched, and folded back into a framework that keeps learning.

Living systems run in cycles, not lines. An organization working start-to-end, without a way back to itself, can't sustain what it learns.

The evidence ladder

How proven a claim is — distinct from how universal a pattern is. A finding climbs the ladder only as evidence accumulates.

Observation Hypothesis Working model Supported finding Framework principle
Disciplined learning

Evidence is gathered on purpose, not collected as anecdote.

Open versioning

Every change to the framework is published, dated, and explained.

Traceable change

Every principle can be traced back to the evidence that produced it.

Openness & stewardship

Open where it should be. Governed where it must be.

MHP is being built as a living body of intellectual property. Openness and stewardship are not opposites — they are layers.

Founder, MHP

Kaido Kubri initiated My Human Pattern after more than two decades working with human behaviour, communication, leadership, and development.

His role is not to remain the central practitioner of MHP. It is to protect the coherence of the framework as others research, apply, and extend it.

The long-term success of MHP is not measured by how much depends on its founder, but by how well the framework can live, learn, and develop beyond him.

The governing question

Is it true? Is it useful? Is it alive?

None of these six stand alone. Each one strengthens the others — together, they are what "alive" means.
